Since all of our items are PREMADE, shipping is relatively quick. All items tend to ship within 1-3 BUSSINESS DAYS. This can fluctuate depending on your location and shipping carrier. No item should take longer than 1 WEEK to get to you for all U.S international orders.

Yes exchanges are accepted within 7 days of the item being ordered. The item has to be in the same condition it was delivered in.
